Soft focus "vaseline on lens" effect test.
Thought of it after seeing "The Seer" scenes in the series "Vikings". The Kelsey Grammer series "Boss" on Starz used it throughout the entire series, though maybe I remember wrong. Anyway, need to practice and learn how to use the effect properly:)
